Congratulations to Boulder Athletic U14 Girls Select player Pasquelle Aggett-Carosella for winning the Winning Attitude award presented by CenturyLink, ROOT Sports, and the University of Colorado!
Boulder Athletic is excited to announce that we have been awarded a $5,000 grant in conjunction with another non-profit organization from the San Luis Valley, La Puente.
Both organizations are grantees with the Red Empress Foundation, which celebrated it's 10 year anniversary with a banquet dinner at the St. Julien Hotel here in Boulder. During that event, the Red Empress Foundation paired up the 20+ attending organizations to a Collaborative Grantee Challenge, and offered the top three collaborations a grant award. Our pairing with La Puente was perfect because of both organizations efforts to help under-priviledged children and their families find a way to be a part of their community and develop individuals' life skills.
We look forward to working with La Puente to develop and implement these ideas that we have come up with. For more information about that, and the Red Empress Collaborative Grantee Challenge, please visit their website here.
